The kit (book + disk) contains reference materials of legal regulation of labor relations of teachers of educational organizations engaged in educational activities in the conditions of the implementation of Federal Law No. 273-ФЗ "On Education in the Russian Federation" and the GEF General Education.
The book is a compilation of excerpts from regulatory acts of legal regulation of certification, working time, rest and remuneration of teachers with the necessary comments and explanations. Actual problems related to reception, removal from work and dismissal are considered.
