Handbook of a Bailiff-Enforcer

This book can be considered as an expanded comment to the federal law of October 2, 2007 No. 229-FZ "on the executional production", intended mainly to provide reference and methodological assistance to the bailiffs. The book reveals the main issues of enforcement proceedings mainly from a practical point of view, based on the experience of law enforcement of the Federal Law of July 21, 1997 No. 119 of FZ "on the Enforcement Proceedings", the Federal Law of October 2, 2007 No. 229-FZ "on the executional production".
