Over the past 40 years, the inexhaustment frequency not only has not decreased, but even increased. In December 2015, the second international publication of the book was published, which instantly became a bestseller. It was the “Recurrent Pregnancy Loss” edited by Howard Carp (Howard Carp, Israel): a completely innovative book, built as a controversion. If in one chapter we find a statement on the basis of qualitative studies about a large role of thrombophilia in the non-infinition genes, then the next chapter presents the data on the absence of a causal relationship between thrombophilia and the usual loss of pregnancy. The chapters about the need/unnecessary progesterone in the treatment of non -infinition are even more controversial.
Such a book encourages any doctor to be taken with the highest attention to this problem, especially important in the context of a world demographic decline, when every desired pregnancy becomes an extremely valuable family, society, the state.
The solution to the question of what to consider the usual loss of pregnancy and to position it as familiar after two or three spontaneous miscarriages is becoming increasingly difficult. However, in any case, it is worth focusing on the organization of transparent training as one of the important points of successful pregnancy at all stages. These and many other aspects of the inexpressive, proven and not very methods of prevention and treatment, information about the unnecessaryness of many traditional means of “preserving pregnancy” are the real knowledge presented in the book.
The publication is focused not only on obstetrician-gynecologists, family doctors, geneticists, endocrinologists, but also on a much wider circle of specialists who, in one way or another, have to treat women before and during pregnancy
