This manual is designed to help students in the upper grades (10-11) prepare for the Unified State Exam in literature. The manual will help prepare for tasks with extended answers (5, 10, 6, 11, 12). Also, methodological recommendations will assist teachers working with students in the upper grades in preparing lessons that involve written work on literary works. The manual includes analysis with examples of three types of written work: answering a question, brief comparative analysis of works, and writing an essay on a literary work on a given topic.
