The purpose of this publication is to systematize modern data on clinical syndromology, diagnosis, and differentiated therapy of dizziness. The book covers the main diseases whose symptom is dizziness. Their etiology, pathogenesis, and treatment schemes are provided. Special attention is paid to the diagnosis of diseases: the most complete set of techniques and diagnostic manipulations is presented, allowing for an accurate diagnosis. This publication can be used as a textbook, it was developed by the staff of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology of the Russian Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education and is intended for otolaryngologists, neurologists, residents, interns, as well as participants in continuing medical education programs in the specialty of Otorhinolaryngology.
