This guide is devoted to the use of transactional analysis in the clinical practice - one of the directions of psychoanalytically oriented psychotherapy. Along with the description of the classical methods proposed by Eric Berne, modern concepts developed after the death of the founder of transactional analysis are given. Special attention is paid to tactical and strategic planning of psychotherapeutic intervention, depending on the personal structure, as well as a contract method as a key tool for achieving changes.
