Growth point: from small business to corporation

This book will be, of course, useful to professional managers, although about half of what is written here, a good manager should be known by definition, otherwise you are paid wages in vain. The second half is needed only if you think about opening your own business.
Probably, it will be interesting to read this work to scientists and those who are looking for something new in the field of management. Most likely, you will have something to take for your course or thesis, and maybe for the dissertation.
But there are those for whom this book is specially written - these are real and future business owners. The business owner is a profession, exactly the same as any other. Agree, if you own a business, earn a living and this activity takes all your working hours - it means that you are a professional business owner. If so, then we must agree that the business owner is a profession and this profession needs to be studied, like any other.
It is generally accepted that any person can be the owner of the business and special knowledge does not need this - everything will turn out by itself. To a certain extent, this is so. You can register a limited liability company without any problems and become its formal owner, how long will such a business live and how long will you own it?
