Growing new functional single crystals

The book presents the results of the study of the physicochemical patterns of the formation of crystals of solid phases of stoichiometric composition. A method was developed for determining the optimal compositions of crystallized solutions and melts, as well as the optimal conditions for growing single crystals. The method is based on the analysis of phase diagrams of solubility and the smoothness of double and triple systems.
The structure and properties of new single crystals of complex compounds of different chemical classes grown from solutions (60 items) and melts are presented and described (60 items).
