Previously, no one came to mind to record fairy tales. They were told to each other, passed from generation to generation ... and if not scientists, such as the brothers Grimm, many stories would not reach us.
Already in the first quarter of the XIX century, when Jacob and Wilhelm began their activities, many plots were half forgotten by people: Now the time has come to keep and write these fairy tales, because people who store them in their memory are ever less common and less often. The books of the Brothers Grimm translated into many languages, but they were especially loved by the reader of their children"s and family fairy tales.
The fairy tales of the Grimm brothers in the retold reports of the Russian poet A. Vvedensky were never published together. In 1936, a book with 18 fairy tales was published in the publishing house, this publication has long been rare.
In this edition, all 48 fairy tales were collected, which were retold and rethought by an outstanding Russian writer for our children.
