George Sand is the pseudonym of the French writer Aurora Dupin (1804–1876), under which she entered the history of classic literature for adult readers. However, she also has wonderful works aimed at young readers - fairy tales that she composed for her beloved granddaughters Aurora and Gabrielle, which were named 'Grandmother's Tales'. "I believe that miracles exist in nature, otherwise I could not tell you about them," she wrote, introducing one of her stories.
