State estimated standards. State elemental estimates for the installation of equipment (hereinafter - GESNM) are intended to determine the need for resources (labor costs of workers, drivers, operating time of construction machines and mechanisms, material resources) during the installation of equipment and for compilation on their basis of estimated calculations ( estimates) for the production of these works by resource and resource-index methods.
GESNM are the initial standards for the development of other estimated standards: single prices of federal, territorial and industry levels, individual and enlarged estimated standards.
approved and included in the federal register of estimated standards to be applied when determining the estimated cost of capital construction facilities, the construction of which is financed with the involvement of federal budget funds by order of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation dated 30.01.2014 No. 31 /PR (as amended by the Order of the Ministry of Construction of Russia dated 07.02.2014 No. 9/pr)
