Gorgel and the Glacier Mystery

Boy Melle, his parents, and his sister Limoni are going to the mountains to spend their vacation there. Melle already knows a lot about mysterious creatures called Gorgels, who protect children from nasty Germ Gobblers trying to infect them with the flu, colds, and other illnesses. During the trip, Belia, Limoni's Gorgel protector, unexpectedly disappears, and when Melle and his sister set out to find her, they encounter a pack of evil and very dangerous wild Germ Gobblers.

Exciting adventures and amazing discoveries await them, they will find new friends and together they will fight cunning enemies. But will they find Belia and manage to return home?

In 2019, this book won the Dutch Children's Jury Prize for the best children's book of the year. It is a sequel to the adventure story "The Gorgels," which won the Dutch Children's Jury Prize in 2016.

The book contains over 110 colorful illustrations.
