After the "Black Tuesday" on December 16, 2014 there is no more topical topic than going and constantly gaining strength to the global economic, financial and social crisis. Most managers of countries, especially so-called developed, are trying to inspire the population that this is not a crisis at all, but temporary small financial and economic difficulties. And this is despite the section of the world on the Euro-Atlantic and all others, on non-payment public debts, on the collapse of the WTO under the influence of sanction policy and much more, what happens before our eyes. The only president of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev, who not only announced the occurrence of "heavy economic times", became an exception to the Optimists". In our country, the topic of the crisis is also voiced louder. It is enough to name such well-known economists like Kobyakov, Grigoriev, Khazin, Katasonov, Dlyagin, Glazyev, and others.
