The proposed manual is an element of the information and educational environment of the geography UMK line "Polar Star". The simulator serves as one of the tools for achieving educational outcomes (personal, meta-subject, and subject-specific) in geography in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard. The structure of the simulator corresponds to the thematic structure of the textbook for 5-6 grades of the "Polar Star" line, and also includes a block of contour maps. Inside the thematic material is organized by headings according to types of educational activities ("Working with information", "Working with maps", "Studying in practice", "Solving problems", etc.). The variety of tasks allows for the development of a wide range of necessary skills and competencies. The "Express Check" section contains test tasks for effective preparation for certification. The manual is designed for use by students at home or in the classroom. 11th edition.
