This manual fully complies with the Federal State Educational Standard (Second generation) The proposed manual includes geography tests for current and final control and corresponds to the content of the geography textbook for grade 8 of general educational organizations. For each textbook paragraph, two options for testing, consisting of about five tasks for current knowledge control in the lesson. Tasks are also given for final control after studying each topic. Most of the tasks are developed taking into account the requirements and forms of the main state exam. They will help students test their knowledge and gradually prepare for geography exams. Tests can be used in the lesson for the current and final control of knowledge, checking homework, as well as for self -testing and self -control
