The proposed set of tasks of the workbook for grade 5 supports the system-activity approach in the study of geography, embedded in the UMK "Rose of the Winds".
Each lesson in the workbook begins with questions that will help the student to realize and determine the purpose of studying a particular material, as well as evaluate the personal results of the lesson, including acquired skills.
A variety of test tasks will provide diagnostics of objective results. Entertaining tasks, such as the solution of the crossword puzzle or the organization of the training game, will allow an objective assessment of the assimilation of theoretical knowledge: scientific representations and facts, geographical nomenclature, knowledge about sources and methods of geographical science, about personalities. Diagnosis of the results of the formation of geographical skills is embedded in terms of the work of the "School of Geograph-Swear".
The regular performance of the notebook tasks will teach the student to work with illustrations, schemes and tables, to be neat and attentive.
The manual will allow the teacher to organize the practical and creative work of fifth graders.
