The atlas for the 6th grade introduces students to the Earth's geographical spheres - the atmosphere, hydrosphere, and biosphere. Working with the atlas, students will learn to use maps as sources of geographical information, locate geographical objects, describe phenomena, and read and analyze maps. The revised edition meets the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Basic General Education, approved by Order of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation No. 287 of May 31, 2021. The publication has been updated to reflect the sequence of maps in accordance with the content of the approximate working program of basic general education. The political structure of the world is reflected on the maps as of October 2022. 13th revised edition.
