Geochemistry of the landscapes of Kunashir Island (Kuril Islands)

The monograph is devoted to the study of specific features of the landscapes of the island of Kunashir and identifying the factors, their determining. Methodological basis conducted studies were the fundamental theoretical and practical provisions of the teachings on the geochemistry of the landscape as the field of geographic science, which studies the relationship and the mutual influence of the migration processes and the transformation of the substance in the upper parts of the earth"s crust. The analytical data obtained was treated with mathematical statistics using computer programs.
Data on geochemistry of the Landscapes of Kunashir Island can serve to evaluate the ecological and geochemical state of the southern group of the Kuril Islands and be recommended to optimize the monitoring of the territory of the specified islands and the State Reserve "Kurilsky"
