The monograph is devoted to stomach cancer and the modern possibilities of using molecular markers for diagnosis, forecast and determination of patients of patients with this disease. The first part of the book (chapters 1, 2 and 3) describes the modern theoretical foundations of the molecular genetic mechanisms of the stomach carcinogenesis, some aspects of genetic counseling of patients with stomach cancer, as well as certain features associated with the conduct of patients with hereditary diffuse stomach cancer. Practical, second, part of the book (chapters 4, 5 and 6) summarizes the unique own experience of developing the panel of genetic markers of diagnosis, forecast and determining the tactics of patients with sporadic stomach cancer.
