Genetically engineered biological preparations and non-biological targeted agents in dermatology.

The practical guide presents modern recommendations (international and Russian) on the choice of therapy for patients with psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, atopic dermatitis, urticaria, suppurative hidradenitis, depending on the severity, extent, localization, presence of functional disorders, and features of comorbid background, as well as indications, absolute and relative contraindications, necessary screening, monitoring, and other issues in the management of dermatological patients using gene-engineered biological products and non-biological selective (targeted) agents.
