In the textbook of a professor of law faculty of St. Petersburg State University, Doctor of Law A.V. Polyakova sets out the author’s phenomenological and communicative concept of law and analyzes the problems of the general theory of law that are relevant in the framework of the post of non-classical science. The perspective of this concept also considers the problem of the theory of law and the state, which is provided for by the ministerial program for persons receiving higher legal education in the disciplines: “theory of law and state”, “problems of the theory of law and state”, “philosophy of law”, as well as “ History of legal teachings of Russia. ” The legislation is given as of July 2015 for students, graduate students, teachers and all those who are interested in theoretical law in the context of the problem field of Russian culture
