Fundamentals of Investment Management

The book examines the main range of issues of management of investment activities of enterprises in modern conditions. It contains the theoretical investment management basis: the essence, purpose and functions of investment management are formulated, its methodological systems and methodological tools are considered, the forms of investment relations of an enterprise with various types and segments of the investment market are determined. The book introduces modern methods for developing an investment strategy of an enterprise, management of its real and financial investments, the formation of investment resources.
