The monograph summarizes the results of studies of the APLOPARAKSIDAE MAYHEW (CYCLOPHYLLILIDEA) family. They are based on collections from Chukotka, Kolyma, Taimyr, the lower reaches of the Yenisei and Ob, Karelia, Lithuania and Alaska and on the re -study of drugs from parasitological collections of the institutions of Russia, Moldova, Ukraine, as well as large museums of Western Europe and North America. 96 types of three births were recognized as valid - Aploparaksis Clerc, Monorcholepis Oshmarin, and Wardium Mayhew. Life cycles and postambrune development of 42 species are studied in experimental and natural conditions. Only Annelida turned out to be intermediate masters of all studied species. The nature of the development of metazestodes and the morphology of mature cystiscoids indicate the existence of six morphological modifications. The development of metazestoda occurs with the formation of the primary cavity, discussed the alleged role of its and the church in the ontogenesis of Aploparaksidae. The vast majority of descriptions and re -records are accompanied by original illustrations. Information about the owners and the distribution of species existing in the literature was used only in cases where the material of the authors was repeated.
