The laboratory workshop is designed for students of colleges in the fields of 'Architecture', 'Engineering and Construction Technologies', 'Informatics and Computer Engineering', 'Mechanical Engineering', etc., to carry out laboratory work in the discipline 'Informatics and Basics of Artificial Intelligence', as well as other disciplines that study the application of modern information technologies to solve professional tasks. It meets the modern requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Professional Education and professional qualification requirements. The workshop includes requirements for knowledge and skills in disciplines related to the study of information and communication technologies, laboratory work for solving professional tasks using information technologies and the Python programming language. Each laboratory work in the manual contains tasks of different levels and tasks for independent completion according to variants. The manual contains trajectories for carrying out laboratory work, allowing the teacher or student to build an individual educational trajectory based on them. The laboratory workshop is designed to solve professional tasks in the fields of preparation using various software tools: graphic editor (Paint), presentations (Power Point), word processor (Word), spreadsheets (Excel), databases (Access). Special attention is paid to solving specific tasks using various information technologies, including the Python language. Some laboratory work is dedicated to creating websites. Some concepts and tasks of artificial intelligence are considered, including working with large datasets, training neural networks.
