Frustrated magnetic nanostructures

The book proposed to the reader discusses multilayer magnetic nanostructures, which have been widely used in the reading heads of hard drives and underlying promising magnetoresistic memory. It is shown that in the multilayer system of the ferromagnetic-antiferromagnetic, the behavior of the magnetic parameters of the order in the layers of the nanometer thickness is largely determined by frustrations that occur on the boundaries of the layer section. The new types of domain walls are predicted, generated by frustrations of exchange interaction. The width of these walls is determined by the competition of metabolic interactions inside the layers and between layers and is much less than the width of traditional domain walls. The phase diagrams" The thickness of the layer (layers)-the Seckhovostability of the Formagnetic Fricopedic Film on the Antiferromagnetic Sublight and the Spin-Ventile system of the ferromagnetic-antiferromagnetic-farm, taking into account the energy of the same anisotropy, were built. It was found that favorable for the appearance of an exchange shift in the system of a ferromagnetic-antiferromagnetic is the presence of mutually perpendicular light axes lying in the plane of layers. In addition, there should either be a related state of the domain wall at the sectional border, or there should be a pinning of the domain wall with defects in the crystal lattice in the antiferromagnetics near the border with a ferromagnetic, a crystal lattice in the antifermagnetics near the border with a ferromagnetic
