Richard Sakva, a well-known British political analyst, Professor of the Kent University, a member of the International Discussion Club Valdai, considers the Ukrainian crisis as a local European problem, which was possible, but failed to avoid the leaders of world powers. Now west will have to recognize responsibility for what is happening.
