Dmitry Vsevolodovich Nenyukov (1869-1929) - one of the prominent representatives of the Russian military elite, a participant in the Russian-Japanese war, a representative of the Navy at the rate at the beginning of the First World War, then the commander of the Danube Flotilla and already during the Civil War, the commander of the Black Sea Fleet. Memories begin with the description of the first days of the war and the arrival of the author at the rate of the Supreme Commander and ends with his resignation from the volunteer army and emigration in 1920.
