The book is the publication of newly open handwritten notes in the fields of the first edition of the treatise P. Bembo "conversations about the people"s language" (the copy was found in the Department of the Rare Book of the Library of the Academy of Sciences in St. Petersburg) Treatise Btembo and his reception in the XVI century are of great interest for the history of the Italian language and the history of European linguistics, since they reflect the process of the formation and codification of the literary language, accompanied in Italy acute controversy about language norm and practice, on the role of various dialects (especially Tuscan) and different Social layers. These and other problems are discussed by an unknown opponent Btembo in the fields of the third books "conversations". The publication contains an introduction in Russian and Italian, the introductory article, phototypical reproduction of the third book of the treatise, the text of marginalies, their Russian translation and detailed comment
