The decline in economic growth in Russia in recent years has has a deepest structural nature and is associated with the exhaustion of resources of the current reducing growth model (2000-2008) Such a model was focused on a steady increase in domestic demand on the basis of a stable revenue of income from the export of Russian raw materials products. Stabilization and price reduction on major raw material resources, a sharp slowdown in export income in 2012-2014. Left to change the trend of economic dynamics. The economy has exhausted resources for the growth of consumer demand on the basis of an increase in real incomes of the population.
Further income growth can be carried out only by reducing the scale of accumulation and strengthening investment potential.
Improving the investment climate, modernization of the economy, the innovative development of all sectors of the economy, balanced regional development, social development and investments in human capital can be considered only in conjunction with the modernization of the country"s financial and credit system.
Increasing the sustainability of the financial system as a whole and the improvement of the investment activities of enterprises in particular should be based on the following main directions:
- a significant improvement in the use and accumulation of equity enterprises,
- Improving the effectiveness of the formation of a budgetary mechanism for investment purposes,
- Activation of new tools for financing the investment process of economic entities,
- The need to implement the financial maneuver by increasing lending and issuing target bonds to finance investment projects.
The listed areas of improving the financial system makes it possible to strengthen the investment potential and create conditions for economic growth in Russia
