Formation and development of customs affairs and customs legislation in Russia in the 19th - early 20th centuries. Monograph

The paper reviewed the issues of the establishment of a customs case, customs policy of customs legislation, customs business in the Moscow state, customs reforms of the end of the XVII early XVIII century, as well as reforms of Count P.I. Shuvalov and its influence on the further development of customs business and customs legislation, the structure of the customs authorities of Russia XIX and the beginning of the XX century is shown.
