In 1815, Emperor Alexander I made a grandiose review of the 150 thousandth Russian army at Vertu in Champagne Province. It took 200 years after that one of the most ambitious in the history of the Russian army of the parade, which played an important role in the results of the Vienna Congress, and in the creation of a sacred union, but today only a few specialists remember it. The purpose of this edition is not only to attract interest in this unprecedented event and show its importance in history, but also to introduce new, unpublished materials into scientific turnover.
