Forgiveness. Strength is in anger.

We often try to find a compromise in conflict situations: sometimes we keep silent, avoid arguing when our boundaries are violated, refrain from crying (even if we really want to). And when we have no more strength left - we boil with anger. After such an outburst, shame and regret inevitably follow. We experience a crushing sense of guilt, and all these emotions build up in us like a snowball. And the next time we try even harder to save face - and so on indefinitely. In his new book, Osho draws attention to this paradox that arises because we strive to be liked, to be convenient for others. He suggests abandoning the division of emotions into good and bad. Acknowledge your feelings, disregarding stereotypes about always needing to be composed, calm, and mindful. 'The power of anger is healing.
