This monograph comprehensively analyzes various approaches to forensic examination of personality. The necessity of forming a doctrine on the personality of underage victims and witnesses is justified, and its place in the structure of the general theory of forensic science is determined. Forensically significant properties of the personality of underage victims and witnesses are identified, and sources of information about these properties are established. The most effective methods and means of investigation are proposed. Problems related to the forensic content of procedural rules for conducting interrogations and other investigative and judicial actions with these individuals are analyzed. Issues of establishing and maintaining psychological contact with underage victims and witnesses and ways to resolve them are identified. The application of organizational and tactical techniques depending on the age and psychological characteristics of minors and the investigative situation is discussed. The monograph is of interest to both educators and graduate students, as well as practical professionals.
