The monograph is devoted to consideration on the basis of many years of scientific research of issues of the formation, development and modern state of the criminalistic methodology of the investigation, in which, as the final and final part of the criminalistics, the data of all effective scientific developments of criminalistics are accumulated and formed into a system of scientifically thought-out methods that ensure proper investigation of various types of crimes.
