The monograph is dedicated to a comprehensive study of issues related to financial and economic expertise in cases of intentional bankruptcy of legal entities. The first part of the work covers the conceptual foundations of judicial financial and economic expertise in cases of intentional bankruptcy of legal entities, the forms of using specialized knowledge of experts and arbitration managers. The author proposes a distinction of competencies between a judicial expert and an arbitration manager. The necessity of studying digital traces and involving specialists in IT technologies is justified. The second part formulates a list of typical questions for the expert, proposes an algorithm for conducting judicial financial and economic expertise in cases of intentional bankruptcy of legal entities, and identifies typical expert errors that may arise in this category of cases. The legislation is provided as of January 2021. The book is intended for judges, investigators, lawyers, experts, students, postgraduates, and law school teachers.
