The training manual contains basic information about the foreign language vocabulary of the modern Russian language. Some controversial issues related to the study of foreign language words in modern lexicology are particularly considered. Along with theoretical issues of borrowing and historical excursions, the allowance includes material about various forms of relationship-speaking relationship. To secure the theoretical material in each chapter, questions and tasks are offered. Illustrative and educational material constitute predominantly foreign-language neologisms of the turn of the XX-XXI centuries. The manual contains a pointer of linguistic terms relating to the theory of borrowing.
