The monograph was prepared by teachers of the Department of Banking Law and the Department of Financial Law of the Moscow State Law University named after O.E. Kutafina (MGU), Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) Foreign Ministry of Russia, practical workers, foreign researchers. In the monograph, all themes of the course "foreign bank law", "Banking RF and Foreign Countries", who are taught at the Moscow State Law University named after O.E. Kutafina (MGU) The heads are devoted to the main issues of creating and operating banking systems of the main foreign countries and the procedure for carrying out banking operations.
