The tutorial consists of two sections. The first part focuses on practicing the translation of sentences from Russian to English using all the lexical material from lessons 1-47 of the "Phrasal Verb Organiser" textbook by John Flower. The second section of the tutorial presents mini-texts from various contemporary sources, demonstrating how phrasal verbs are used by native speakers in modern English. The main goal of the tutorial is to automate the use of phrasal verbs and expand students' vocabulary for translating various literature and maintaining conversations based on basic thematic vocabulary.
The tutorial is intended for classroom and independent work of regional studies students with an English language proficiency level not lower than Intermediate, as well as for work within the "Translator in the Field of Professional Communication" program.
