In the monograph, on the example of the Tver province, the essential features and features of one of the main factors of the destructive civil war in Russia - the peasant rebel movement are analyzed. The evolution of the attitude of the peasantry to the Soviet regime is traced, its direct dependence on the Bolshevik policy regarding the village. The uprisings and speeches are considered, information about which is available both in open storages and other publicly available sources and in the departmental archive of the Federal Security Service. The forms of peasant open protest are analyzed: from small skirmishes with the committees of the poor and producing to large -scale armed uprisings of green, as well as the phenomena of political banditry
