Using his fantastic invention - a controlled balloon, the English scientist Samuel Fergusson makes, together with two satellites, an amazing and risky flight over the unexplored territories of Central Africa. Travelers hover over the vasts of the Sahara, examine the sources of the Nile, enter into clashes with native tribes and wild animals, are attacked by huge birds, more than once on the hair from death, and survive only thanks to their own incredible perseverance and unprecedented luck
