Nikolai Frederick Severin Grundtwig (1783-1872) and Sieren Aabe Kierkegore (1813-1855) - two great Danish thinkers who had an impact on the development of Denmark, and still make them talk about themselves. Grundtweig - as a man of society. Kierkegaor - as a single. Grundtweig - as the opening horizon. Kierkegore - like deep drilling. Grundtweig - full of life. Kierkegaor - unspoked to life, all life tormented by wine. Two reformers of Danish Protestantism, two antagonists, one defended the personal side of life, the other - social. Self and myths about them were far beyond the country. And if the name of Kierchegor, who had a huge impact on the philosophical and theological thought, is known in many Western countries through the philosophical movement of existentialism, then the name of Grundtvaig is almost not known in international circles. They, as individuals, were so different that no mutual understanding was impossible
