The action of the Roman "Finnish Sun" takes place in the same house - in one closed world on its axis. The house stands in an abstract Volga city. Abstract, but well recognizable, "Volga Finns" live in the house. Each of the heroes, it is no coincidence that wearing sonorous Finnish names, their own history and their own fate. They work and study, communicate and friends, fall in love and quarrel, try to survive and sometimes even go to terrible crimes.
