Omsk Cathedral of the Exaltation of the Cross of the Lord. The initiative of the preparation and release of this publication belongs to the abbot of the temple of the Cross of the Cross of the Lord - the proto-Oleg Tsvetkov. The release of the book is timed to the 150th anniversary of the attachment of the cathedral and the 145th anniversary of his consecration. The pages of the book dedicated to the anniversary dates of the life of one of the oldest temples of the Omsk Diocese - the Cross Cathedral, tell about the long and controversial history of the temple, miraculously avoiding destruction in Soviet times. The book contains historical and local history materials, which disclose the features of the creation and life of the cathedral from its foundation to the present day. Individual chapters are devoted to the difficult fate of people, servants and parishioners of the temple, which are part of the spiritual history of the cathedral. The reader will be able to learn detailed information about the fate of these people. The final chapters of the book contain a story about the stares who previously served and until now continuing to serve in the Cross-Cathedral. The book contains many photos, including from the personal archive of its authors. A number of historical materials and photographs are published for the first time.
