In the monograph, a new approach to the financial substantiation of corporate strategies, corresponding to the transition to the innovation economy, was proposed. Methodology and tools for measuring the impact of the strategy under consideration for the creation of the company"s value, taking into account the new paradigm of the company"s analysis - the cost for the stakeholders are developed. New conceptual provisions were developed on the contour of non-financial stakeholders in the financial justification of strategies, capital architecture, the concept of a harmonious company. New financial indicators (indexes) have been introduced on the basis of economic profits, modified economic profit, growth sustainability index and interest harmonization index, the system of matrices for assessing the sustainability of cost growth for stakeholders.
