Financial control of public procurement in the Russian Federation. Monograph

The monograph proposes an author's approach to the system of financial control of public procurement. The most significant issues and problems of conducting financial control of procurement using various forms and methods are presented in an accessible and illustrative form. Emphasis is placed on the implementation of state and public financial control in the procurement sector, and an analysis of violations related to the financial support of public procurement is carried out using practical examples. The legislation is provided as of February 22, 2022. The monograph is recommended for specialists in the procurement field, contract service employees (contract managers), corporate sales specialists, employees of supervisory and regulatory bodies, as well as teachers implementing additional professional education and qualification enhancement programs in the field of public procurement.
