Joseph Roni Sr., one of the founders of French science fiction, the successor of the traditions of Jules Verne and Herbert Wells, worked in different genres of adventure literature. The book included two of his novels about the life of prehistoric people.
The “struggle for fire” describes the tragedy of the orphaned tribe of the Ulamrov. As a result of the fight with the enemies, the Ulamra lost fire and are now forced to power a miserable existence. In despair, the leader of the tribe promises to give his daughter to his wife to someone who can return the source of life. And then the two young warriors go to the full danger ... The film was shot by Oscars and Cesara by the novel.
In the Cave Lion history continues. The descendants of the heroes are looking for new lands where it will be possible to hunt freely, not knowing hunger. They are waiting for exciting adventures and meetings with other tribes and wild animals, including with a giant cave lion
