Medieval Europe. The killers and robbers of the Grossbart brothers go on a trip from German lands south, fleeing from the anger of local residents and hoping to get rich. In the family of Grossbart, several generations are already engaged in the ruin of graves, and the brothers intend to glorify themselves and their ancestors, reaching the legendary crypts of the gypte. To get there, they will have to go through dangerous and unknown lands in the company of various travelers: merchants and murderers, the fallen priests and crooks of all stripes. Only the world of the Grossbarts is also familiar to us and infinitely far: it is the world of living saints and very real demons, the world of monsters, madmen and plague, the world of werewolves, sirens, mantikor and monsters, which are difficult to describe, and even more difficult to call. The brothers will have to find out that all legends have their own truth, and death is far from the worst thing for those who have entered the road of evil
