After a terrible accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, the radioactive infection zone was surrounded by a cordon. The government forbade the passage of the prickly wire under pain of death, because terrible and inexplicable events began to occur there, which the planet’s population was better not to know about. The press made public: everyone who worked on the fourth power unit died, the radiation background in the zone is still extremely high, its territory is teeming with mutants and abnormalities, so people on the dead land have nothing to do. The cordon comes out a person who says that there, on infected land, there were survivors, who can still be saved. The government urgently forms a group of scientists-rescuers. And the only one who can spend them to the center of the zone is a stalker who miraculously managed to survive after that terrible accident
