History transfers us at a time when people still actively used pigeon mail. One unusual pigeon was owned by an elderly lady named Clara.
Her pigeons were a special breed "Dragon", bred in the 17th century in England. These birds were appreciated for the range of flight and the ability to accurately find their home.
