Jose Moselli, aka Joseph Theophile Moris Moselli (1882–1941) - French writer, author of many adventure, detective and science fiction novels. This volume included two novels of the author: "Death of Illa" (1925), "Ice Prison" (1920) and a small story "Infinity Researchers" (1924)
In the scientific and fiction novel "Death of Illa", the prophetic foreboding of the Third Reich, the civilization that exists in the very distant past is described, at the moment when two cities argue for hegemony: Nur, a huge, spreading in all directions, and Illa, and Illa, Significantly smaller sizes, but having a deadly army and a "zero element", a real modern atomic bomb. The action of the novel "Ice Prison", written in the genre of sea adventures and complete dramatic ups and downs, occurs in the Pacific Ocean: Karl Korsler, the former companion of the banker Francis Drake, being an unscrupulous and cruel person, will go to everything in his desire to take possession of Drake"s state
